I'm thrilled that this year's event will star THE ATLANTA RHYTHM SECTION. I put that band together in 1970 and the success they enjoyed makes me proud. For the first time in twenty years, four of the original members will be on stage at the Dothan Civic Center for the DOWNTOWN MUSICFEST on August 20. Bassist Paul Goddard, singer Rodney Justo, guitarist J.R.
